"I’m so glad I stumbled upon Pauline’s. The food was absolutely AMAZING. This is true Southern comfort food with a fresh, modern twist. Chef and owner Tim is as kind and warm as he is talented; you feel like you’re his guest, not a customer. Every bite was a revelation. The corn pudding was divine, rich, creamy, subtly sweet, and unlike anything I’ve ever tasted before. And the egg rolls? Mind-blowing. Crispy on the outside and bursting with flavors that danced between savory and soulful. I’ve had egg rolls all over, and I’ve never had anything like these. I also tried their fried fish, mac & cheese, and collards. Everything was seasoned perfectly and served with care. You can tell this is food made from the heart, not just the kitchen. If you’re in the Chesterfield North Chesterfield or Richmond area and you love comfort food done right, drop everything and go to Pauline’s.
